1 General Terms & Eligibility

999 Bets is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 999 Bets and its members.

By using the 999 Bets website or app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict between the two, the English version shall prevail.
• 999 Bets services are intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Using the service for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with 999 Bets, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, address, date of birth, mobile number, and email must all be truthful. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and your balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may only open one account. Running multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• To update your account details, please contact support.
• Account login credentials (passwords) must not be shared with anyone.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold.

3 Age Verification & Restrictions on Minors

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 999 Bets reserves the right to verify your age at any time via national ID or passport.

If a minor is found to have used an account, the account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided. Any deposited funds will be handled through a defined refund process.

4 Deposit Terms & Conditions

All deposits to 999 Bets must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account closure.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via Mobile Pay/Nagad
• Maximum single deposit: varies by payment method
• Your balance is typically updated within 1–5 minutes of a successful deposit
• If a deposit fails, contact support with your transaction ID
• Funds must come from a legitimate source — deposits from illegal sources will not be accepted

999 Bets maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. Unusual transactions may require supporting documentation, and accounts may be temporarily suspended pending verification.

5 Withdrawal Rules & Process

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering policy. For exceptions, please contact support to request an alternative withdrawal method.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: 1–24 hours (typically 1–3 hours)
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by account tier

Once a withdrawal request is cancelled, the funds will be returned to your wallet and can be used for betting or re-withdrawn. Withdrawal requests that are already being processed generally cannot be cancelled.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

999 Bets offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and special promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should review before claiming.

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per member
• Specific wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing from bonus balance
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period
• Bonus abuse (arbitrage, multiple accounts) is a punishable offense
• 999 Bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• Suspicious bonus activity will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited if warranted

7 Betting Rules

The odds displayed when placing a bet on 999 Bets are considered final. Bets generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed; however, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded.

• 999 Bets reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error
• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure
• 999 Bets will not be held responsible for bet processing in the event of an internet disconnection during live betting
• Maximum bet limits are set according to the event and market
• Multiple bets on the same event are allowed, though separate rules apply for system bets

999 Bets' decision on betting outcomes is final. However, there is a formal appeals process available for any disputes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999 Bets and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or Using Multiple Accounts
• Using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Use of hacking, bots, or automated software
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches for unfair advantage
• Match fixing or any activity that undermines the integrity of sport

9 Account Suspension & Closure

999 Bets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Submitting false or fraudulent documents during KYC verification
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
• Direction from legal authorities or court orders
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Before closing an account, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses), unless the closure is related to a legal matter. To appeal an account closure, email support@999bets.bio.

10 Responsible Gaming

999 Bets takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting is a form of entertainment, and it is our responsibility to ensure it never has a negative impact on any member's life.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set at your discretion
• Cool-off periods and self-exclusion options are available

The first step to resolving any dispute with 999 Bets is direct communication. If that does not lead to a resolution, the matter can be escalated through the relevant regulatory body.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident
• Include the transaction ID, date, and full details when submitting a complaint
• Disputes will remain pending until 999 Bets issues a final decision
